Blogathon 2006 #4

Wow, can't believe I'm already on post number 4. Seems like just an hour ago I was waiting anxiously for Blogathon to begin!

My special talent is:

Hmmmm.... I gotta think on this one. I've never felt especially talented in anything. I'm sadly average in most stuff. I guess my special talents would lie in cooking and gardening. I'm a very inventive cook and I like to make a lot of different types of food. I'm not a gourmet cook, I'm a good cook. I make a lot of specialty items, but mostly I cook staples for my family with an exotic flair added for me.

As for gardening, I've been gardening for years and I tend towards perennials and herbs. I'm a good gardener, and it's a huge passion with me. I grow tomatos and peas but I'm not all that interested in vegetables. They take up too much space and aren't that pretty. I need flowers, and lots of them. When we moved here there was an old perennial garden in pretty bad repair. I'm slowly bringing it back to life, and adding to it for more diversity in color. I think I'm a good gardener and I'm very proud of my gardens.

Et vous?
