Blogathon 2006 Post # 7

Mmmm, Lemon poppy-seed muffins with mocha java. Can a girl go wrong with this combination? The Boy has picked out some of the topics he's planning to blog about, leaving me free to have a nap sometime this afternoon. Nap... isn't that a wonderful word?

If _______ were here, I'd say.....

Well, today I'd like to tell my dentist that my freaking jaw is KILLING ME. Because when she put in the novacain, I think she went a little overboard. Especially since once she got me nice and numb she announced that her supervisor wasn't around due to an emergency surgery so we have to reschedule...again. Yes, I had a totally numb right side of my mouth, and no reason for it. She did give me a free cleaning just because I was a bit sulky. Ok, a lot sulky. Pleasantly sulky, but nevertheless. So I have to go back AGAIN next week and if they don't do the surgery then, I'm bagging it and letting the freaking tooth rot out of my mouth. Oh, I won't, but I'm getting pretty annoyed, especially since I've already paid them the $375 for the gum surgery. Money I can't afford. Period.

Who do YOU want to tell off?
