I hear the helicopters (updated)

Out of the background I hear the chop chop chop of a low flying helicopter. In the foreground I watch "Breaking News" on the local news. It's MY freaking neighborhood on the news. Like 2 blocks away. My house, oh my god, my HOUSE is on the news.


It's another exploding manhole cover. At least this one didn't fly into the windshield of some poor innocent man driving down 128. But what is is with the manhole covers?



This is quite interesting. It's the second time in a month my neighborhood has been on the news. First the fatal accident, now the exploding manhole. What is with the karma in this neighborhood, anyways? We're so happy here. Why do bad things keep happening?



The helicopters are circling. They are freaking me out. I don't like this at all.


My neighbor just drove up the driveway and asked me what was going on. When I told her she said that a major street is backed up all the way to the highway. Fun!
