Breathing is overrated

I can now confirm that stress and congestive heart failure/HCM do not mix. The stress of dealing with Ringo and the worry I have about finances and other things I'm not blogging has sent me into total CHF. I woke up unable to expand my lungs and am now breathing just like Ringo. I'm completely overloaded this morning, and it isn't from ingesting ridiculous amounts of liquid. It's just freaking stress.

That is all.

Not much I can do, other than to give you a (virtual) hug. I hope things get better.

I'm sharing in your insomnia. I'm on day three. I can actually hear my brain cells dying. An ability to sleep like a normal human being is definitely not overrated.

A big hug, from one tight rope to another.

I'd send you hugs, but what you really need is oxygen and rest - lots of rest.
Please take care of yourself.
